The location was fantastic. Really easy access to Darling Harbour, China Town, The Chinese Gardens of Friendships
The main elevator didn't go down to B1, therefore we had to use the service elevator when we could.

Location, staff, foyer & bar were good. View was wonderful day & night over Darling Harbour.
To see the view, because of the room design you had to stand up to really see it, and the window was very dirty.
The shower leaked so much that the mat and bathroom floor were soaked.
The whole room desperately needs a make over-expanded timber along bottom edge of back board/bathroom is old and grotty (not cleaner's fault).
