The staff was very friendly and nice. The breakfast and the rooftop restaurant are great!
The rooms are small, it is very difficult to wash teeth in the bathroom, the sink is very small and there is a glass shelf above so it is very difficult to use the sink at all, without having everything wet. The walls in the bedroom would need some painting because they were very dirty. At the end they check the room, and they wanted to charge us for a stain on the towel, even though you don’t go and check the towels beforehand if they were completely clean when you got them..

Relatively modern hotel for the area. Roof top bar & Restaurant is definitely handy & nice place to relax or even work from. Live music on a Monday night was a surprise. The breakfast was good & also free shuttle to airport for morning flight. Staff were very accommodating, we were a party of 6.
The rooms only have small windows, some don’t have a window for natural light at all.

Room was OK and I very much enjoyed the rooftop bar, especially since they were serving Soju.
I was only staying one night and messaged the hotel some days before arrival to help me find a bus to Mataram. They gave me numbers of travel agents who did not respond. How hard would it have been to at least tell me the Damri bus timetable? Maybe they did not know, but as a foreigner, I was not able to find it.
