Ce réveiller le matin avec la vue magnifique de la mer.
L’accueil et les explications par rapport à l’organisation. Parking à disposition super.
La piscine mal entretenue. C’est vraiment dommage.
Heureusement que finalement je suis venue qu’avec mes enfants, car pas de grand lit pour un couple.

Only the view was beautiful but the service from hotel it was miserable.
I left the car in hotel parking and still the earpods from the car and same crossing wich I brought from Paris .
I don't like becouse the room it was to small for a family you fell like in jail they have prison beds .

Terrible property. Terrible service. Pool close at 7pm during the Summer. Restaurant service is awful. No AC while temperatures get up to 37o. Rooms super dirry

shutters allowed us to have a great night sleep as it was very dark in our room
have to make own bed, outdated furniture, stains on linen, mould in bathroom, wifi speed, general cleanliness was poor, rough area

Very small rooms (only space for one night stand, not enough electricity outlet (1 in livingroom, 1 in bedroom), not enough storage space, electric sockets with wires exposed, mold in bathroom, dirty in general, the whole place in a need of serious refurbishment)

If ever you come early when the reception is closed, you will need to wait (even the gate is locked) until it is open unless you find a staff around who can help. Also best to do the online checking before arriving to get the keys more easily.

This fine place is what it is. A really great value budget option that's convenient to Cannes. The unexpected cherries on top came from the lovely staff and the fact that the Med is just steps away. You're on the beach in minutes! It's 40 minute walk to Cannes by the sea. It's really quiet and chilled (off season).
It's very big - there must be 800 apartments and I was on the 7th floor but hey it's a great price so who's complaining?
The room was smaller than it looked but i was by myself so it didn't matter. You'd be very squashed if you had as many people as they say will fit.

The pools were awesome! 2 big hot pools! The rooms were small, but very well equipped. Staff at the reception were very helpful and kind. The beach right across the track is incredible too!
There is no drop-off parking to perform the check-in. It creates a mess when you arrive trying to find a parking. Not a good first impression. The pool closing at 19h was a big deception. The sun is still high at that time and many people would have easily stayed until 21h in the pool.

Could not recommend this plane to anyone! After arriving to the location at 1am, we were unable to get into the apartment. Extremely difficult to get onto the property in the first place and had to wait for other guests to open the gate in order to be let in. Upon collecting the keys from a locked box, it was very difficult to find the apartment, where upon trying to open the door we found the lock was broken and the door would not open whatsoever. Throughout this whole process nobody was answering the phone when we called the number provided, and there was nobody in the reception or available otherwise. Had to find another hotel to stay in, which is challenging that late in the night. Neither the area nor the property were particularly pleasant. A different room was never offered, customer service was beyond lacking. Terrible experience, seriously discourage anyone from booking this accomodation in the future.
