All the staff contributed to a wonderful stay and in particular Ahmed duty manager who went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Will stay again for sure

The staff are truly the heart of the Grand Excelsior. They are respectful, polite, and consistently go out of their way to make you feel genuinely welcome. The Front Office Manager, Ahmed, and his team were always ready to assist without hesitation and handled every request with patience and understanding. Their warmth made my one‑month stay feel effortless and comfortable. The housekeeping team kept my room spotless every day, and I always had fresh coffee waiting — thank you. A special appreciation to the Engineering team as well. Staying here with such a dedicated team made my experience exceptional.
I have no formal complaints, I just wish for the gym to be upgraded please.
