Spacious but cosy house. Very responsive host.

Needing a change of scenery after 4 months of SIP, I booked this property for the beautiful SoCal weather & the pool. Our intention was to literally stay IN for the week & did just that and are very happy we did since we saw VERY, VERY few locals wearing masks. The home was perfect for the 5 adults and my 9 year old daughter. There are a few little things that could be tweaked...the dishes & drinking glass didn’t look very clean so we went through the cabinets & ran them through the dishwasher. The dishwasher worked properly about every 3rd time we used it. The compartment for the dishwasher detergent did not pop open 5 of the 8 times we ran it. It’s an older, smaller model. We even dug out the old, dried on soap around the dishwasher pod compartment door thinking that could the problem but it wasn’t a sure fix. For the first run we used a pod that was under the sink & figured maybe they were old & that’s why the soap compartment door didn’t open. I used the fresh couple ones I had brought from home, and ones I added to our grocery orders but it only helped for 3 of the 8 loads.. I couldn’t help but think of all the water that was wasted. For a property that can accommodate up to 11 people, the tiny dishwasher & sinks made it difficult to stay on top of the dishes. There is an abundance of plates & but a small amount of bowls & glasses the rest of the kitchen tools were lacking. The can opener was rusted & broken so we had to add a new one to one of our grocery deliveries. There was one huge plastic serving bowl and a few serving/cooking utensils. The sparseness of the serving bowls, drinking glasses & kitchen tools can easily be remedied with an inexpensive trip to the dollar store. We were surprised to find there were no plastic glasses or cups in a property with a pool. We had issues with the Amazon Firestick not working in living room. The host had a new stick there by day 3 & walked us through the log in process as we needed his password & log info for his account but that took an hour or so of back & forth. The bathroom pocket door in the room that is set up for kids doesn’t shut & lock without jiggling with it but once it does, it is difficult to open.. I can see a kid getting locked in there. Pool cleaners arrived and entered the backyard but we were not informed they were coming so we were startled when they entered the yard. The garage was converted into a recreation room which was great fun! Small things-house was lovely

We had a great and relaxing long weekend getaway! All around fence perfect for our dog. Pool is amazing and very private. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return in the future.

We enjoyed the house and the pool. Plenty of room for all of us. Easily able to get to and from Disney. We watched the fireworks every night from the back patio. Thanks

Perfect location. Well stocked with entertainment amenities, well stocked with linen and kitchen amenities, heated pool with floaties. Execellant view of the firework show from Disneyland at night. Kind, courteous, and attentive property manager. Perfect house for a weekend get away. Will definitely rent again. Great job Crystal best rental ever!!!!

Great place, great location! We all enjoyed the pool, the pool table, and the customer service was top notch!

My siblings and I used this house for an extended weekend trip from Chicago area. The house is very nice, clean, and attractively decorated. We would come again. We only had 2 issues the heater on the pool was broken and the shower door in the bunk room broke while we were there. The pool not being heated was a big deal for us seeing we came from the midwest. Krystal who manages for the owner is very nice but can not authorize repairs. Double ck that these are repaired if you rent. Otherwise it was Great!!

We had 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was immaculate, easy to get to, comfortable and well appointed for our needs. I highly recommend this property and would return in the future.

Overall impression very positive and would stay here again. Very responsive to calls and texts during inquiry and check in.

I wish I could give this property zero stars. It was filthy when we arrived. I had to go to the store and get cleaning products to clean the kitchen before we could cook or eat in it. My kids were walking around barefoot in the house and the bottoms of their feet were black. I wish I could post my pictures. The refrigerator was disgusting. I'm pretty sure the pictures on the HomeAway site are photo shopped. The pool area was run down, the heater didn't work, and unusable. The grill was so dirty, I don't think it had ever been cleaned, we could not use it. The table, chairs, and loungers outside were covered with bird poop. The air conditioner in the home did not work and it was so uncomfortable. Problems with the wifi that Krystal, the property manager/cleaning lady (haha), blamed on the family's kids that were there before us. I have pictures of the filth in between and around the washer and dryer. There were cigarette butts everywhere in the back yard. The pillows had big yellow stains on them that I noticed when I was making the bed...after we had slept there a few nights, nasty. The showers had moldy grout. My son and I both got sick during our stay, hmmmm!!! The coffee maker was so gross, we ended up just going to Starbucks each morning (another expense). This place, in my opinion, is complete false advertising. The pool table was an old piece of junk, the balls fell through the pockets onto the floor because almost every pocket had a hole in it. I believe that the good reviews had to be fake, maybe left by friends of the owner??? What a waste of money but, we had already paid for it and had nowhere else to go. I can't believe there was a cleaning fee, I should have gotten that. Then, for the final blow, our security deposit was charged a credit card possessing fee , so only a partial refund, make sure you read the very fine print!! What a rip off. Thanks for ruining our family vacation.

This house could not have been more perfect. Lots of charm, very clean and we really, really loved the outdoor pool area. I would highly recommend staying in this home and if I ever come back to Anaheim, we will for sure book here again.

The house was roomy and accomodated our three families perfectly allowing everyone to spread out and relax. The pool was well utilized by children and adults alike although keeping it heated to temperature was difficult. The location was great for our visits to Disneyland although it was not really close enough to walk to. I would certainly recommend the home to others.

This is a great property with plenty of room and fun. The pool table and ping pong were both a hit!!! Would love to stay here again

We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time. Just $6 for a lyft ride to the park entrance. Beds were comfortable and the pool was perfect for our family.
