Tuvo problemas con el agua para bañarnos y la verdad la alberca siempre estuvo sucia. Pon una lástima

El aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla, la ubicación es excelente, a dos cuadras del centro de Cancún. Camas cómodas almohadas cómodas, limpio, dejaron cobija y no nos la quitaron al hacer la limpieza
Agua caliente en la regadera
La habitación no tenía conector de cables cerca de las camas, estaba hasta enfrente. Teníamos una mesa con solo una silla (eramos 2) solo dejaron una botellita de shampoo siendo que la habitación tiene capacidad para hasta 4 personas. No promocionan su propio restaurante, jamás supimos si era bar, restaurante, o qué tipo de cosas servían, si desayuno cena o qué onda. La televisión era muy viejita y muy pequeña, sólo tenía como 10 canales de cable y tenía una parte de la pantalla que no servía y se veía como una mancha enorme. La alberca estaba sucia y es muy pequeña para un hotel que es grande. Nunca subimos a la terraza pero tampoco nos comentaron nada de ahí, pues en las fotos sale gente comiendo, no se si tengan bar o restaurante ahí. Otra cosa, las fotos son muy engañosas, las habitaciones no son como se muestran en las imágenes de Booking, expedia o en el sitio de google

Tiene buena ubicación y cumple su función para estar de paso en la ciudad. Los recepcionistas fueron simpáticos.
La habitación era muy antigua y la insonorización de la calle nula, se escuchaba todo el tráfico por la noche sin dejarte dormir.

Really close to the ADO bus terminal in cancun centrum and the location in general was really good. Rooms were clean and the bath was very spacious.
Main reasons for us booking this hotel were the airport shuttle + the included breakfast. Both were not given.
The airport shuttle was sadly not available for us, I contacted the hotel one week in advance about changes in our flights and they said everything will work out. One day before arrival I just wanted to check back if everything will work out and where to meet the driver. They answered that they need more time than 24 hours, but actually I submitted my request about 160 hours in advance...
The included breakfast was also a reason why we booked this hotel, but as we entered the breakfast room in the morning, the waitress just ignored us and only served the Mexicans that were even coming 10 min after us. So we went to the reception and asked for a refund of the breakfast, but that was unfortunately not possible. But we went and got our breakfast somewhere else.

The stuff was really friendly and helpful. We asked to be moved to another room because of the AC was very noisy and they did it right away. Whenever we aksed a question they were always willing to help.
Breakfast, it should include unlimited coffee at least and bigger portions of food.

The king size bed was comfortable
Upon checking in I was treated rudely by the guy checking me in,. He was polite and cordial to a couple that spoke Spanish checking in before me, then when it was my turn he was short and curt, I had to tell him to stop being rude!

The wifi is very weak.The reception was unfriendly, AC is dusty and noisy. Only good for who want to close to ADO central station

The hotel is very close to the Ado bus station, the rooms are big and the bathroom is large with good hot water, rooms cleaned each day. Although towels are changed each day which I found unnecessary. Staff were pleasent especially the receptionist who checked me in. There is a restaurant and small Pool which I did not use so cannot comment.
TV is too small also dated so not smart TV only Mexican cable channel's available so couldn't use my Netflix, air con is extremely noisy so unable to use whilst trying to sleep, WiFi is intermittent, bar had an event which went on until the early hours which could be heard in my room. Lighting in room is very dim also furniture is quite dated.

We had two rooms reserved. In one room, the window blind was on the floor and had to be repaired so no one could see into our ground floor room. This room also had no toilet paper or glasses. The other room had a plugged sink and was full of water that never did drain during our overnight stay. We had stayed at the hotel twice previously, pre-covid, awaiting our connecting flights and were so satisfied, we naturally booked for this trip. Never again!

Good location near the ADO bus station. A restaurant attached and a few others near by. Staff were really friendly and helpful (but I didn't challenge them about the negatives)
There was a bad smell from I believe the drainage system. We found closing the door to the toilet and leaving the bathroom fan on helped the situation. Beds weren't the comfiest.

The location was good .it was ata walking distance from ADO bus station, super market and the street food.
The hotel building is so old.in the pictures it looks a good hotel but when you see it looks very old building but they renovated it somehow but still the swimming pool was very small.you can't swim in it there was no refrigerator in the room.there was no electric kettle and cups and plate in the room.

the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The hotel in general is very quiet which makes for restful nights. There is a Pool and on site restaurant with excellent food. I’ve stayed here many times and would recommend to anyone looking for basic comforts.

Hotel is close to ADO bus station (that was the reason to book the hotel). We got a 60% discount, probably because we booked 1 hour before arrival. That made up for everything, because the hotel was not great. However, for 44 euros per night it was fine.
Pros are the two double beds (great to have enough space after being awake for 24 hours and having had a long flight), the friendly reception staff, the room was also clean and the price was good.
Downsides were the hard mattresses, the air conditioning that made a lot of noise and was not really modern and the last point was the noise in the hallway which was clearly audible. Photos give a distorted picture.

Absolutely NOTHING! The worst hotel ever.
From check in, to hotel appearance, to room….everything was dirty, smelt of mould. Check in staff were absolutely untrained, didnt have a clue! Took us at least 1hr to check in. The room are disgusting, smelt of mould, hotel didnt feel save.

The location is ok if you want to stay in the city centre close to the bus station, in a relaxed street. The wifi connection and the shower are good. You have a supermarket nearby, also. Very clean.

The location is convenient, near to the ADO station and few minutes walk to restaurants and bars.
The staff, particularly those at the lobby were not that friendly. The room was old and tight, without chairs to use the table, even worst the air-conditioning was to noisy.

The property was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Easy walking distance to grocery store and ADO station. The air conditioning worked well and the water pressure was decent. The price was maybe ok for a quick overnight sleep and move on.
The pool area had only 1 table, the room was not particularly clean, no drinking water provided, no bedside tables, the tv was impossible to navigate. Worst remote control I've ever seen.

It is close to the ADO bus station.
We were very disappointed. The room was very old and dirty, dust everywhere. The towels were torn, would not hurt to buy new ones every few years. There was a bar inside the hotel that was very loud until 2 A.M.
The hotel is only partly renovated, and I found it a bit misleading to present pictures of the renovated rooms mixed with old rooms.
If you lucky enough to get a renovated room it might be ok, but can't recommend.

Location
There’s a bunch of people that seem to live there and make my wife and I feel uncomfortable. I looks kind of shady do not recommend this hotel at all if you go with family
