A lovely hotel in a great location. The staff particularly Annie were very pleasant and accommodating.
A previous guest had left third clothes in a drawer. So I was a little dubious about the level of cleaning.

We enjoyed the location so close to beach and restaurants
We were in a room on the street next to a restaurant with live music. The music was so loud it shook our room until midnight. We were there New Year’s Eve and there was a DJ until 4:00 am. We didn’t sleep
All night. Water worked sporadically and often had no hot water. No hammock on patio. Jacuzzi is only warm and hot water usually didn’t work. Only 1 staff speaks English. No check in info. No one answers the phone before arrival and no phones work while there so no assistance if needed. You go to front desk but no one speaks English. No kayaks or snorkel gear and a rope blocks the beach.
