Comfy bed, spacious room, air conditioning was efficient with two zones and the room was easy to get dark overnight. Everything was clean. Parking was available outside. Staff were helpful and provided discount cards for local attractions. Free tea and coffee available 24 hours. Rooms also felt relatively secure.
The only minor issue was that the staff were quite insistent we leave the keys to our car at reception so they can shuffle cars around the small car park. I was (rightfully) reluctant, as when I returned to the car one time the handbrake had been left off. Thankfully it was flat and hadn't rolled into anything but could've been quite bad. Generally though a great stay all in all.

Loved the location and the staff was so friendly.
Not much. Parking was a little challenging because it’s about half a mile away and uphill. Dropping bags right at the property worked but the streets in front are very narrow and hard to negotiate.

Servizio eccellente. Parcheggio con stazione per ricaricare le auto elettriche. Posizione ottima. Finestre super insonorizzate.
Unica pecca, nella stanza mancavano in dotazione caffè e bustine di the pur essendoci moka, bollitore.

Lovely authentic Italian family run hotel but with recently upgraded bedrooms and a new swimming pool and decking area which is a great addition when wanting to relax during the day. Family rooms were a good size with sizeable bathrooms and little kitchen was helpful. Excellent location in the centre but yet still quiet when wanting to relax. Staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel bar service was great - excellent Hugo spritz!
There is nothing that we would change.
