Location was great and staff were lovely

Room was very small and noise at night from street

Excellent communication regarding the booking in process and booking transfers to the airport. Breakfast was very good and they had a great range of food. My room was very clean with excellent linen and a very big bed. Highly recommended.

Just the location.

It's falsely advertised. First, the room was depressing dark as a tomb. Second, the garden they show in the photos it's unusable. You can not take your breakfast out there, and at night there's not a single light or candle. It's just a garden for decor. Third, the workers in the front desk were extremely unhelpful and actually ruined one of our days. The lady that works in the morning recommended going to Via Appia on a Monday, AND ALL ATTRACTIONS ARE CLOSED ON MONDAY IN VIA APPIA, and she said we could go in a scooter, another terrible recommendation as it's impossible to ride anything except a car in Via Appia. They are supposed to be tourism experts, and they were not. Fourth, the elevator is terrible and takes forever to close doors and go up. Just annoying. Fifth, the breakfast was very very basic. Hideous.
