Very central, clean warm and comfortable
The mixed toilets at reception

Excellent location. But the rooms could do with some maintenance to fix the loose shower handle and wobbly basin tray. And also to get rid of black spot marks on the shower basin.
Reception staff must be reminded to extend older/senior customers rooms that does not require climbing stairs/steps. Otherwise all good with some friendly staff.
Bathroom conditions and steps.

Good location
Surprised that there was no drinking water in the room and we had to go back to reception and buy bottled water from the bar
