The staff were all lovely and helpful.
For a 5* hotel it is a little dated and tired looking. The rooms are fine but just a bit old. Once you get used to this the hotel is well worth the money it just needs a little updating.

The breakfast area is nice and food was varied
but in a 5 star hotel I expect tea coffee and orange juice to be served at the table not having to get up and get them yourself.
The bathrooms need to be upgraded or changed.
Also children screaming in the dining room during dinner!

Not great food and expensive
Private beach is terrible
Help yourself to an umbrella and difficult to find places to sit
Long walk from main hotel. Need a car. The minibus will take you at midday by that time all the space have gone. Very scruffy. It only comes back at 4pm
Overcrowded by pool. All beds bagged with towels by 8am quite often
