En el centro del centro. Muy silencioso a pesar de su ubicación. Se descansa muy bien. Cama muy cómoda y habitacion muy limpia

Excellent location close to most attractions, bars and restaurants . Quiet room on the 5th floor, very clean and comfortable, although a little small it was ideal for an overnight stopover. Efficient air conditioning and good en-suite bathroom. Very clean breakfast area with enough continental choice to satisfy most travellers.
The underground car parking is not very easy to find but offers a safe, covered space at a special negotiated rate with the hotel.

room was tiny. views- unlike advertised were bad. when the window looks into other windows it’s bad. look at the width of the window compared to my hand- disappointing and impersonal and not worth the money

Compact, well equipped and centrally located for our camino stay in Burgos. Very obliging staff, one member of staff printed a document which was needed urgently before our departure, much appreciated ☺️

the location is amazing. really good value for the price. it’s a rather small room but has everything you need. i stayed an extra night there.
the water pressure in the shower could be stronger.
be aware that reception is only staffed until 4. after that it’s communication via video system.
thin walls. you hear the neighbors.

it was basic but clean
it was too close to the center hard to park and strange reception as it was automated not where I would stay again . abit noisy too.

The location is very good and I got a room with a very nice view. The room was clean.
There was a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom, but it didn't come to the bedroom if the door was closed. The room is not very big.

inconvenient check-in, you have to dictate passport data via communication. The room is small and dark

Room was fine, reasonable size, comfortable bed, clean. Location close to centre is excellent.
Check in is automated but having booked late I had not been sent details, no staff on site so all via intercom. It worked fine, centre staff have good English, and are professional and efficient. I just don't like that sort of system.

Very modern, clean, and comfortable- and the location is pretty hard to beat. Highly recommended for Camino walkers wanting a soothing night.
There are several steps in the non face to face check in process. Fortunately, the person manning the intercom was. good English speaker.
