The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too big of an ask. They really made us feel so special and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. Of course the private pool that we booked in our room was our favourite thing. It made it hard to leave the room!

Very clean - kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable
One day there was no water for about a hour. Bit didn’t really end up being a problem

Gorgeous hotel really enjoyed our stay. We normally stay in much larger hotels so was slightly nervous kids would get bored but honestly it was just perfect kids had great time in the pool. Food was fab, staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was gorgeous ! Loved it
Only downside was the amount of wasps in the bedroom room. It was very off putting when trying to get breakfast and the children were frightened to go in the restaurant. I don’t think they were stinging wasps but some mornings was dozens of them all over food especially the fruit. We only went down to breakfast 3 times out of 7 because of this.

We loved everything! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and beautiful. Everything you need. Right in the centre but also very peaceful!
