We booked this apartment quite spontaneously because of its location and because it's pet friendly. The studio we booked was a nice size for what it offers including a small kitchen, decent sized bathroom, a balcony, lots of closet space to store our stuff and still enough space for 2 people to walk, put bags down and a dog in the middle of it all. The studio also has good working AC and came with extra chairs specifically to bring down to the pool. The neighborhood is mixed with locals, foreigners and a few tourists and everyone was super friendly. Right around the corner are a lot of bars and restaurants including one really cute breakfast place that we loved! The host Elisa was very friendly and communication was good before and also throughout the stay. She also gave us a map and some recommendations for the area. We also really liked the parking permit we got to put in our car so we had no trouble parking in the area. There were also some bus stations in walking distance with busses going to Sirmione Centro storico or to other destinations like Verona etc. We only stayed 3 nights but we liked it a lot and would definitely come again for more days!

The only thing we didn't like was the bed size because it was a bit short.

The kitchen was fully equipped. There was even coffee in the room to choose from. The cleanliness and convenience captivated us.

Simple et fonctionnel dans une belle maison-residence , très bien placé avec bars et restaurants à proximité, parking facile dans la rue. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte très réactive.

Plus pour 2 adultes et deux enfants que 4 adultes car les lits superposés sont petits.
