Hotel Megalos

Tutto perfetto. Camere spaziose, balcone. Lo staff super disponibile e gentile. La posizione ideale per muoversi in città

Large spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast. Beach close by, around 15 mins walk. Bit of a walk into harbour/ restaurant area. Staff were always helpful. Basic and traditional, but that’s all you need. I would stay here again.

Only thing I missed was a Kettle.

The property is very well placed, with bus stations very close and the beach reachable within a 10 min walk. Nextdoor there is a small bakery and a shop. Moreover, the staff was very polite and eager to help. The food was also very good and well made.

It would be nice for the breakfast to offer a couple more food options and varieties.

It's clean, stuff is good, and location is ok.

Everything else. If this was advertised as 1 or 2 star hotel, I would rate it 10/10, but this is not 3 star experience as advertised. Sound isolation is non existent, I can clearly hear people all night. Beds are very uncomfortable, pillows also. There is no light switch near bed, so you need to get up to turn off light. Lamps are spot lights, placed directly above head and are very blinding when you are in the bed. Light color is fridge white, like I'm in a bathroom. There is nice terrace, but it's empty, no chairs or table. Bed sheets are small and weird. Food is ok, but choice is very basic, a pure 2 star experience, not the advertised 3 star. 50% of time, elevator just won't star, it gets stuck in a loop just opening and closing doors few times before it gets going.
