Situation and style
Most of the staff (except male receptionist and male head waiter ) needed lessons in charm school and were not overtly welcoming
Some of the staff regularly slouched in the common areas eg dining room which is a thoroughfare

A charming place made up of traditional stone houses. The rooms are spacious and cozy, featuring some of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and the spa—included in the price—offers a variety of high-quality treatments. There is a lovely outdoor pool and an excellent on-site restaurant. Breakfast is delicious and satisfying, Variety of activities and attractions can be booked through the hotel.
The complex should consider a minimum age for entry—certainly for the spa area.

Hi level hotel, very comfortable, very good breakfast and outstanding view.
somthing with the authentic atmosphere should be work on. it is not "warm" atmosphere. disconnected from the lovely Aristi. most of the rooms has no balcony to view.

Clearly the best accommodation of the region if you want to make adventurous mountain activities (hiking, rafting, etc) combined with the comfort of a luxurious spa and an amazing restaurant. Super polite and friendly staff!! We loved everything during our stay in this top location!
