It’s a best experience, the receptionist that welcome us was nice and the one on morning is kind hearted,
I really love the property I am definitely going back there on solo get away
The chief is a racist, I will advice any black person going there should not order breakfast, because the way the woman treat me because I am black nd my daughter said to me mama this woman is a racist, I feel bad that I did not even eat after paying for breakfast for my stay

On our second visit the room was much better and we were able to completely shut out the noise from the street. The facilities were excellent, iron/ board, coffee/tea, toiletries etc all appreciated.
Closeness to the train station was fabulous
The position is not ideal with the surrounding neighbours and the noise can be very irritating. We decided we felt safer not going out in the night.

The breakfast was excellent and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.
The area was sketchy- I was approached or called at several times (I’m a pretty savvy 50+ traveler, not inviting trouble.) The lobby smelled like chemical disinfectant and my room smelled like cigarette smoke (non-smoking room).

The area outside was pretty rough with drugs and perhaps homeless due to central train station, perhaps. The hotel was a clean,safe haven from that. The bar next door created noise in first room, street noise in 2nd room. Great staff and good breakfast,
Noise factor at night, both rooms.
