Vista Bonita - Gay and Lesbian Only Resort

Vista Bonita was an excellent choice and we thoroughly enjoyed our eight-night stay. The whole property was spotless, with modern, practical and very well-maintained facilities. Our duplex was extremely comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, a very comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a small under-counter fridge which, despite its size, had enough capacity for our needs and kept everything perfectly cold. Wi-Fi was also very good throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent and varied, including eggs prepared to order and unlimited coffee and tea. Daily housekeeping was available whenever required simply by leaving the sign on the door before 1 pm. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were all excellent, and every member of staff we encountered — reception, bar and housekeeping — was consistently friendly and helpful. Even Marta, the resident cat, added to the welcoming atmosphere! We were in apartment 20, at the quieter end of the property away from the bar, and found it very peaceful. The location also proved much more convenient than we initially expected. There is a SPAR supermarket literally next door, as well as the very good La Vicaría Italian restaurant. The Faro de Maspalomas and El Tablero shopping centre are also nearby. Taxis were very easy to arrange by phone or WhatsApp, arrived quickly and were very reasonably priced. We would happily stay at Vista Bonita again.

The pillows were a little too firm for our preference. We would have appreciated slightly softer ones.

Loved the staff at this property. They are its best asset. They are fun and make you feel welcome. Accomodation is clean and comfortable - a little basic at times. Bar and food is served by the pool. The receptionist is very accommodating. Roof top area is great too. Gorgeous views.

The food is only okay and the bar is a little pricey for what you get. The cocktails weren’t great. It’s a bit outside of the centre but that’s good for us. The outside terraces might need some updating.

We’ve just returned from an amazing holiday at Vista Bonita and had such a fantastic stay! The facilities were excellent, and the staff truly made our holiday extra special. A huge thank you to Eduardo, Jonny, Ayoze, Mariola, Dorian and Raul for being so friendly, professional and welcoming throughout our stay. The bar staff in particular were brilliant – always professional, entertaining and great fun! We were also delighted to receive an upgrade from an apartment to a duplex, which was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more special. The drag bingo and BBQ were definitely highlights of the holiday – such great entertainment and a fantastic atmosphere! Thank you to everyone at Vista Bonita for making our holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to return
