Ótima localização, café da manhã bem feito e cordialidade das funcionárias, aconchegante e limpeza nota 10

A cortina da janela do banheiro do quarto ametista não cobre totalmente a janela, trazendo desconforto ao utilizar, conversei com a responsável e ela apenas disse que do outro lado não passa ninguém ..

Gostamos bastante da acomodação, era o que esperávamos. Meu quarto tinha ar condicionado novo, a cama era boa, as roupas de cama limpas e macias. O banheiro era ok, apesar de a torneira estar meio folgada. Quando a limpeza, estava tudo certo, porém tinha uma barata morta atras da cama. O café da manhã é super completo se levar em conta o custo beneficio. Localização de fato muito boa, possuí um mercado bem perto oq ajuda bastante.

O estacionamento é meio caótico, não é realizado um check out pela equipe, oq deixa abertura para possíveis e futuros problemas. Meu quarto era do lado da lavanderia, isso me deixou um pouco preocupada, mas fora isso, ok!

Sehr schön gelegen und gepflegt. Viele Örtlichkeiten zum verweilen.

Der Check-Out war sehr kompliziert und die Reinigung war leider nicht täglich.

We supposed to receive an upgrade, due to genius benefit but was not given. We asked fot the 3rd children bed, not given. The receptionist (male) was toooo lazy and not smart at all. juat warming up the chair

The room was extremely clean. Bed sheets, pillows, and covers, floor, area to put clothes, and towels. The facilities (common areas, including the swimming pool) were very clean, comfortable, and organized. The staff, although not really solving our issues, were very friendly and tried to be helpful.

Major issues: - the wifi connection did not work properly (inside the room) - sometimes, it did not work at all. - the shower had VERY little water, and for a day, the available water was extremely hot (to the point we could not finish the shower). The staff attempted to fix the issue, but then the shower became completely cold (also not allowing us to take a shower). The day this happened, we were offered another room just to take a shower. The quality of the offered room was also not good, but at least we could take a shower. - the parking lot situation is poor. No organization. Cars are constantly blocking each other. The staff does not maneuver the cars so we were asked (twice) to do so - not only with our car but also with cars from other guests that were not available for it. "Smaller" issues: - pool bar: the bar is there, but the orders were only taken in the reception. The bar was closed. - rooms only offer plugs 110 V. - air conditioning was quite noisy. All of the issues were taken to the administration during our stay and also when we were leaving. Although friendly and polite, the staff did not do/could not do much to improve our stay. From the 4 nights we stayed there, half of the time was filled with major problems. No compensation was offered. The price was charged to the fullest.

Great location very close to the historic center, restaurants and shopping.

I like the location and territory of the hotel was very beautiful The room is little not so comfortable The breakfast was good We traveled with babies and stuff kindly allowed us stay till 13 o’clock in our room very thankful for that
