As my husband has a problem with walking a room on the ground floor would have been preferable, however, that is probably my fault for not mentioning that when I booked.

The parking was inadequate. We had to park on the street because we couldn’t fit the car in the car park.

I'd booked for Greenwich motor inn but was given a room in st Leonard's hotel. I wouldn't have booked if od known they were "the same". The first room I was given had not been cleaned. There were used towels on the bed as well us used tissues and strands of long dark hair. Reception was closed so I had to ring to tell them the room was dirty. Reception said they'd meet me in a few minutes. It was cold and seemed like more than a few minutes. There was no apology. After a bit they decided to give me a different room.
