Smelly, dirty and small shower. The bedsheet was dirty and the room too. The lady receptionist was unfriendly with foreign tourists. No airconditoning or airvents in the rooms. Very noisy location specially night time.

Good location, staff is very helpful and kind, access to a shared kitchen and comfy beds.

Unfortunately no air-conditioning, so it gets quite hot. There is quite a lot of noice from the streets at night.

Friendly staff. 24 hour reception. Great location and near Szimpla.

On my first night, a random guy was sleeping in my bed which was in an all female dorm. The receptionist removed the guy from the hostel when I told him someone was in my bed, however, I was only given 2 sheets to put on top of another bed in the roo and no pillowcase or new pillow. I had to ask the following day at 10am for new linen on my original bed two times and ended up sleeping with only the two sheets (I used one as a pillow) when it wasn’t made despite assurances that the cleaners would make the bed. The two receptionists I dealt with were very friendly but the hostel was so busy that they couldn’t help with bedding. The stovetops in the kitchen didn’t work and both the kitchen and bathroom needed to be cleaned as there was a layer of dust over both. As there is no aircon, we had the windows open which also meant all the street noise flowed in. This was quite loud on Friday and Saturday night and lasted until 3am on both mornings and started up again around 5am. It’s a good place to crash at but I wouldn’t go here again considering my experience.

the kitchen didn’t have cleaning stuff and was very dirty. it was disgusting to eat there. the showers smelled very bad too and the people that was in our room very annoying (and they didn’t wanted to move us into another room even if we alleged that one of the guests was aggressive)

The receptionist was really cool and very helpful. He is an erasmus student from Turkey but he could be really a good friend to everyone in the hostel. He was really supportive when someone else used my bed linens and I went to hom a mid of the night but he didn't took it in a noffensive way. Rather he received the situation as it supposed to be and provided me the bed kinens. Moreover he suggested some cultural studlff about Hungary wnd and some sight seeing places which were more worthwhile I wouod say. All the best for this Turkish erasmus student whose name is Tuerke! The hungarian idiot who shared my room and behaved very rudely. I request the hostel staff not to orovide rooms to such idiots which may dininish your name.
