Villa Misita Elegant SeaView Rooms

Room was clean, cozy and perfect size for one person. The view is amazing! The host was super friendly and helpful. All and all amazing!

Can't really say anything negative about the accomodations but would not recommend someone who has struggles with moving ( lots of stairs to the beach)

The view and facilities were good. The view and balcony is fascinating. The kitchen is shared kitchen. Location is good, but too many stairs up and down. The house is near one of the most beautiful beaches, Sunset beach 🏖️😍. Nearby are many all kind of restaurants and beach bars. Overall our stay was great.

Just many stairs up and down

Absolutely wonderful stay in Dubrovnik! We could not have asked for a better location. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the promenade, with amazing restaurants, beautiful swimming spots and the walking trail we went to every single day. The water there is absolutely stunning. The bus stop is also incredibly easy to reach, making it so simple to get to the Old Town. What we loved most was the perfect balance. The area is lively and has everything you need, but it is much less crowded with tourists than the Old Town itself. And a very special THANK YOU to our wonderful hostess, Mrs. Mirjana Misita. She was incredibly kind, warm and caring and made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our entire stay. The view was simply breathtaking. We spent every morning and evening sitting there just enjoying it. Honestly, we never got tired of it. If we come back to Dubrovnik, we will 100% stay here again. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

View from balcony

Small rooms, 288 stairs to accommodation. Narrow bathroom. Parking on road, tight. Owner comes in to open your balcony door and leaves open, so unsafe. Building works currently waling you up at 6am. Turned up but bulldozer said it wasn’t the right property. I have taken photo for everyone to locate.
