We had a lovely experience staying in this typical old fashioned 13th floor Hong Kong guest house, in a big apartment block right on Nathan Road - easy A21 bus transfer from the airport, close to the high speed railway station, to Temple Street and easy to get to Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon or even Causeway Bay. Yes it's tiny but has everything you need for a short stay while more expensive hotels are just not the same fun and value, nice staff and heartily recommended!

location is fine, close to Jordan station, though it's in a shady building, but you get what you paid for so can't really complain
though we chose a non-smoking room, there was still a strong smell of smoke during our whole stayy
