The breakfast is more than ample and the lady was lovely period location was little further out of town and we thought period but not a problem

Room was spotlessly clean. Walkable to Bath City, parking in Charlottle st car park was straightforward, once the app was downloaded, lay by for dropping bags helped and there is a sneaky cut through to get to it.
Room was smaller than expected and bed very small and shower small for a 6'3 man and woman. More like a BnB than a hotel, so breakfast area was clean and had options and someone to make to order, on the lower ground floor, smaller cramped space. The doors banged loudly, so first guest up tp leave woke us.

"Camera spaziosa e pulita, letti comodi. Stanza silenziosa. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Bath"
