The heating in the room wasn’t working, but the staff responded very professionally and provided with temporary heating. I also misplaced my jacket in the restaurant and it was safely stored at reception.

I stayed here in 2018 and that's why booked again to stay with them
I paid 10€ more than what was promised by booking.com. It's the first time it happened to me, I travelled to "Non Euro" countries before and I never had to pay more than what was listed by booking.com at the time of reserving a room. It's not about the 10€ but about being transparent and honest.
