Comfort Inn Lady Augusta

Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. It was a quiet location. Toaster and microwave were available as well as crockery so could make breakfast without any expense

Position was good, convenience to local restaurants was good and parking was very easy.

Not necessarily about the property but prior to us arriving there we were advised via email that we had to phone him because we had made a booking through his third-party which was Booking.com and then when we did the person that my husband spoke to sounded very confused about why we were doing it anyway that was weird. We thought it was extremely expensive when we booked we were told it was the last room so we assume that although we would never have ordered a spa room it was expensive because of the spa however that was not really explained to us. The bed had a broken leg and the bathroom had one bath rail for a towel. I don’t know what would’ve happened if we had to use the spa, there were towels but there was nowhere to hang anything but one small bath towel no rail for the mat and no rail for other towels very poor.
