This is a beautiful house. It's clean, updated, and very well decorated. Breakfast was fantastic with numerous options.

Dumfries was a stop between Melrose & Galloway for us & glenaldor was the perfect place for that !

Absolutely lovely !! Hostess was friendly and welcoming...room was beautifully comfortable...all in all a fantastic place to stay.

One of the loveliest bnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Room was super clean, realllly comfy and cosy bed and bedding, the carpet was lush and I also really adored the staircase in this classic Victorian building. Breakfast was perfectly cooked and delicious and the host was really friendly and accommodating.

Bernadette was so friendly and welcoming, and met us on our arrival. Our room looked newly refurbished and was spotless. Breakfast was also cooked to order - a Scottish fry up set us up nicely for the day!

The host was lovely greeted us with a wonderful welcome information on Town and eateries was excellent Room spotless and bathroom too , shower hot . To end our stay was a yummy Scottish breakfast all served with a smile 😃 Definitely recommend and would go back again. We paid more than double for accommodation nowhere near as good !! Thanks from Andrew and Patricia x
