The location near Kensington Palace is fantastic. There’s grocery stores, restaurants and shopping nearby. It’s also a quiet neighborhood. Finally, the Kensington High tube stop is just a block away.
There wasn’t many amenities in the kitchen, such as no hot pads or dish cloths.

Lovely location in Kensington
The WiFi didn’t work in the back bed bedroom and the air con wouldn’t stay on all night

I liked that they were always ready to answer an email or a text or message via phone. We loved the heated bathroom floor. The location was amazing.
The shower head needs changing. The pigeons were quite noisy in the morning (outside the bedroom).
