Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort

everything thing was just perfect. breakfast buffet and dinner was wide spread. beach and facilities was just awesome. staff was friendly and hospitable. overall a good first time experience at the hotel.

the long wait to get our rooms ready. we requested for early checkin but even after the regular check in time of 3pm we got our rooms later

A special thank you to Iana at the front desk, who went above and beyond for me, my husband and our daughter during our anniversary stay. She was incredibly helpful, and her kindness and support made such a difference to our experience. It genuinely wouldn’t have been the same without her, and we’re so grateful for the care she took to make our time feel special. The girls at the beach club restaurant were also superb so warm, welcoming and attentive. They made us feel really well looked after and added to what was a lovely family celebration. It’s the people who make a stay memorable, and these ladies certainly did. Thank you for making our anniversary such a special one!

The villa was very good but the building was old and not good very very expensive if I compare it with other fancy places . I really paid a lot of money ,it is super expensive

The prices is too high

Location Environment including the plants and building design which give you tropical feelings

Property is old and need renovation You could see lack of maintenance Does not look 5 star hotels
