Excellent accommodation! This is definitely the place that I will be staying every time I am on Koh Samui. I have already been here twice and it truly feels like your own little apartment. I love the rooms they are clean, spacious, and have everything that you need. The location is excellent and in walking distance from great shops, markets, and the beach. The staff there is super helpful and friendly.
The wifi was often a bit patchy, but its not a main concern unless working remotely, but data is also super easy to get and cheap in Thailand.

Room was lovely and clean, nice and big rooms with a balcony.
WiFi was awful - could barely even search things on google or send messages. Couldn’t use the TV or watch videos on our phones or make calls.
Also checked in on a Sunday. Woke up Monday and the power went off. Was told this was a planned village wide Mainatance but they didn’t tell us so a lot of things we had bought in the fridge went off.
Also hard to find staff at times.
