Spacious apartment with balcony in a quiet residential area. Good location for sightseeing.
Communication regarding check in was not exactly smooth. I heard nothing until lunchtime on the day of arrival, having left a phone message earlier in the day. I had to phone again, to obtain details regarding the security deposit and check In details.Once this was resolved everything was fine. Our only disappointment was the lack of any extras normally provided for a short stay.

Great location and nice clean apartment
Main bed quilt could be bigger and lights in toilets could be brighter

Location was great for both evenings in Charleston but also visiting areas during the day. We had everything we needed from the property and it was very comfortable.
Communication prior to checking in could have been better as I had to actively call the host twice on the day of arrival to gain instructions of how to find the property and gain access even minutes before our check in time. Communication during our stay was good and help was given whenever needed. The towels could benefit from a refresh.
