metros, es amplio y en primera línea de playa, buena terraza.
barrio feo, en medio de un polígono industrial. lejos del centro de marbella, 30 minutos caminando por zonas muy oscuras y poco iluminadas. electrodomésticos algo antiguos el aacc no funcionaba.

La surface de l appartement.
La vaisselle rangée sale.
Aucun produits d entretien laissé..au moins le nécessaire pour 1 semaine..sopalin..papier WC, lessive..
Un mot, une bouteille d eau ou autre de bienvenue.
Aucun message si on a bien récupéré les clés et bien installés. Pareil pour le départ, aucun message. J ai dû écrire pour savoir pour les clés.
Pas de vue sur la mer. Ni sur la piscine. Car bloque de 3 immeubles et un seul est face à la piscine.
On n a pas été informés de quel immeuble il s agissait.
Un peu loin du centre à pied.

Beautiful views, nice pool, Tatinia was perfect to deal with, full communication and fast responses.
Pool facilities not open until midday, a large distance to other facilities such as shops and restaurants (apart from the 2 on the beach), perhaps a sewage issue in the building with stale smell in the property, air conditioning working at a very minimum and only in some rooms, towels or toiletries (including toilet paper) are not changed or re filled

Great location away from the main hub but also short distance if we wanted to go out.
I really couldn’t fault the property - we felt really safe which was important to us.

Lovely pool area, spacious apartments, so close the beach. Very flat so easy to walk around. Very safe and secure!
Some of the rounds need a fresh layer of paint and new bedding/curtains ect

The view and the beach was beautiful its perfect for kids and family.
Everything was good but the air conditioner is a little bit weak.

- As it’s not a serviced apartment, I’d suggest providing more towels and bedding so guests have the option to change them as and when required
- The mattresses weren’t the comfiest
- On check out I handed the keys to the member of staff on duty but she didn’t really make any conversation with us to see how our stay was which is just the basic customer service you would expect

It was very nice & close to the beach. not so far from everything, not far from the enjoyments with uber.
Abit far from restaurants if you want quick bite.

The location on the beach, so close to the city. The size of the balcony (Deluxe apartment). Communication with hosts to get keys and early check-in. Great space with 2 bathrooms and everything you need really.
The building work in the house just above our heads with extreme noise and drills. I had to work with conference calls and my friends needed rest with health issues but that was kind of impossible, just bad luck probably, but in reality the hosts should know and give a heads-up.

i really liked the location, it was near everything.
direct acces to pool and beach which was amazing!
i really enjoyed this.
would be very nice if the pool closed later because it is so Beautiful at night and also if the water was a little leas cold. but otherwise very nice!

we stayed at this property recently the location was brilliant as we were attending a wedding near by within walking distance. we were also with in walking distance to Marbella beaches restaurants close by. use of the pool. the apartment was clean and well presented.

Banana Beach is in a great location with some lovely bars on the beach within a 2 min walk and an easy 15 minute walk to Marbella. The staff are on hand and communication is easy.

and i like the staff especially our host tatiana she is very professional helpful and cooperative person

The apartment was really lovely, clean, comfortable, it had pretty much everything you need. The location was perfect, just on the beach and close to the main town. All our appliances worked perfectly and we had a really lovely stay. Tatiana was also an amazing host and was able to meet any ask we asked for. We were even allowed to stay an extra day by the pool and use its facilities before we needed to leave for the airport and Tatiana allowed us to store our cases in her office. Really amazing host who was accommodating and really friendly and always happy to help or give suggestions.
The pool does not open till 12:30, it wasn't a major issue for us as we had the beach as well but for families this made be an issue. There were just a few things that would of made the stay a little better. At the beginning there was a lack of towels, however Tatiana, as soon as we asked, arranged for more to brought up. We also had a lack of toilet paper and were not given spare. But we finished ours on the second last day so didn't see the point in asking for more. I'm sure it would of been provided if we did.

It was a nice relaxing holiday.
The property was a nice 3 bedroom apartment with everything you need in it.
There could of been a information book/leaflet on what to do or where was good to go around Marbella.
