Beautiful setting, view, and pool area. Nice, if dated, apartment, limited cooking supplies. Lovely private terrace. Staff were overall very nice.

There was a lack of transparency and notification about hidden costs which were not reasonable — we were invited to eat a lunch which we did not request, and we could not choose or select our dishes (they were pre-decided for us). So, we figured it was a nice gesture. We were not informed of any price or given any alert to check. The food was not special or good, it was just OK — it certainly didn't taste freshly prepared, but like re-heated leftovers. And then we were hit with a surprise charge of €70 for a lunch for two. The worst meal we had all trip, and one of the most expensive. A pretty ridiculous policy and price, handled poorly by the establishment. Shows a bad attitude toward customer service overall, and a poor standard. I would not recommend agreeing to any meals offered. Otherwise, cooking supplies were limited — no salt or pepper, no coffee or filters provided. The bed was not very comfortable, there was a big divider gap in the middle even though we were a couple. All in all, rather disappointing on these fronts.
