Clean, Tidy, parking available
Lack of drinking mugs ( only 1 for the 3 of us)

Proximity to Egham high street grocery stores, train station and buses. Very comfortable with iron, fridge and stove. White linen helps with the fresh look. In a quiet corner. Safe access.
Stuffy with minimal window gaps to let fresh air in while working in the flat. Heater present for colder days but no aircon. I was told there was fan in Flat 7 but not so.

Really good location. Was a very quick walk to nearest train station. Room was spacious.
No toilet seat, and cleanliness lacked in some areas.

Poor quality mattresses
Needs painting, plaster coming off the wall , wood rotting in the bathroom , extremely hot due to nice weather and provided with one small fan only, no bread knife
