Power back up was poor but that's mostly due to unexpected rain. Owner should be prepared for such scenarios. Lots bugs inside room.

The first and foremost quality is the hospitality that they gave us. All of them were so kind and helpful to us. It was a girls only trip and we were four. We booked a room for 1 Day and it was worth it. Another benefit is, all the sight seeing spots are within 10 kms from the Stay.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

A nice and comfortable place close to Hampi, with very friendly owners. Spacious and clean rooms. We arrived at 4.30 am by bus from Goa and they offered to provide a pick up for us, which was great. They provide free to use bicycles to reach the main area, or you can take a 10 min tuk-tuk ride.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arjun home stay in New Hampi, and I can confidently say that it is the best homestay in the area. The location is fantastic - nestled in the heart of Hampi's stunning landscapes, and surrounded by lush greenery, it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The homestay itself was comfortable, cozy, and beautifully designed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the attention to detail in the decor was impressive. From the hand-painted murals on the walls to the carefully curated furniture, everything was just perfect. The hospitality of the hosts was also outstanding. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable and memorable stay, providing us with delicious local food, arranging tours, and even sharing their personal stories with us. Overall, I cannot recommend this homestay enough. If you're planning a trip to Hampi.

the property felt like an oasis. rooms were comfortable the whole space was very relaxing.

it was kind of out of the way. no sites or shopping were easily reachable without the use of taxi or auto.

Arjun Guesthouse has a lush garden setting. It’s located in a quiet area, quite peaceful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed meeting our hosts, they were most helpful with information and booking tours around Hampi. We highly recommend this well run guesthouse. The food was wonderful too!

The owners were helpful and kind. We ate two dinners there and the homemade food was delicious. We hired a rickshaw driver associated with the Homestay, named Pampa. He was an excellent guide and reasonably priced.

Friendly staff/owners, clean, nice balcony and rooftop, good breakfast (100rs per person). Pampa the rickshaw driver was very kind and helpful, with good English. 1600-2000rs for full day rickshaw. The family also stored our luggage for the full day after we checked out, served us drinks, let us use facilities an stay until our night bus. Very kind.

Nothing in the immediate area, some animals can be a little noisy, but it's a rural location

I would 10/10 recommend to stay here for 2-3 days. The rooms are spacious, spotless clean, 24 hours hot water available, has an AC, and good Wi-Fi speed too. There's also ample parking space. But most importantly the property is beautifully decorated, has lots of plants which are really pleasant, the hosts are really nice and attentive and treat you really well! The food is delicious, authentic homemade taste. We also opted for a guided tour with Mr. Pampa, and it was one of the best we've ever had. He told us about the history of each monument and even about different parts of Hampi. He also showed us the best spots to eat. But most importantly, he took the best pictures!! Thanks to Mr. Pampa, my Instagram is lit! :) I highly recommend that you visit Hampi, it will make you want to go back in time to witness the glory days of the Kingdom. And make you feel proud of our cultural heritage. And highly recommend that you stay with Arjun Homestay. The hosts are super nice. Also, travel around with Mr. Pampa. He is quite knowledgeable and speaks English and Hindi well.

The overall “homeliness” of the place epitomizes what a homestay experience ought to be. Tasty and healthy food, running hot water, young Venkatesh who scurried around to make sure that nothing we needed was unattended and the courtesy with which the family welcomed and cared for us was nothing short of stellar. Arjun Homestay has the additional advantage of being conveniently located with enough parking to make it an ideal place to tour Hampi.

The pillows. But maybe it’s just us. They were a bit too hard and stiff for our liking. But this is such a minor gripe and really is meant to give feedback that may be helpful.

The location was good as it was in a local neighbourhood. To reach the Hampi ruins by 🛺 auto from the homestay was approximately RS 150 o/way. We used Pampa +91 94491 71754 to & from the railway station, he was great, his English is good & he also does transport around the ruins which you need to do to see most ruins. Hampi is spread out & hot! Tasty breakfasts at the homestay. One night we ordered a pizza they delivered & it was fabulous.

Arjun needs coffee making facilities in the room & a small fridge.

The surrounds of the property were very pretty with decent facilities. The room was a bit basic but looked on a par with other homestays in the area
