Out host was wonderful in getting back to me with any questions and was so kind. The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kids loved the basement game room. The deck and backyard were a gorgeous bonus area to relax in. Overall, a great time was had by all.

This was a great property. My family was in town for my mom’s funeral. The host Phil was very accommodating and was quick to respond to my questions. It has a nice big yard and a nice deck. The only suggestion that I would make to Phil is to have a sheet or book of what he expects when you check out ie towels garbage how to lock up etc. other than that minor detail I would highly recommend this place

Big, functional property and host was very responsive.

Our family (2 adults and 2 young adults) agreed this VRBO is the cleanest and roomiest vacation home we have rented in Rochester. It is immaculate and well-stocked, with thoughtful touches throughout. This property became an oasis for our family during a whirlwind visit in celebration of Mother’s Day.The house sits on a cul de sac, which gives a sense of solitude. There is a two story deck, a walking path to a neighborhood park, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Several shopping centers are just a short drive away.Phil is kind, responsive, and very easy to work with. Our visit to his property was a fantastic experience all around, and we look forward to returning.
