Apartment was perfect for couple. Spacious bedroom, well equipped kitchen and functional bathroom. Clean and well kept. Location is excellent and private parking is available.

The apartment has absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Owners are very kind and willing to help. We had a nice time there. :)

Apartment Kinkela was wonderful. It was spacious, spotless and the kitchen was very well stocked. It also had a cute little balcony that was covered which was great as it rained a lot during my week in Opatija. The host Sandra was very responsive and accommodating. I recommend highly.
The apartment is located one street behind the main street of Opatija. There is a shortcut that gets you there quickly but it is a little bit steep so be prepared to get your cardio exercise walking up the shortcut.
I have nothing negative to say.

Very well equipped, well located apartment with spacious rooms and caring owner. Parking lot belongs to the apartment which is very important in Opatija. The seashore and the city center are within a short walk (mind the steep slopes and stairs).

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and comfortable.
The situation was private and central to Opatija.
Minor things; a rack to dry laundry would have been good as the weather was rainy, also some table lamps in the sitting room would be nice

Big sleeping room, new full equipped kitchen, even though it was May, it needed heating that the hosts turned on without hesitation, balcony with view to the sea, parking in courtyard, great location

We had a wonderful week at Apartment Kinkela. It is in a great central location in Opatija, at the top of a set of stairs which lead down to the public beach and the main tourist strip. The apartment was immaculately clean and well set up to self-cater- a real little home away from home. Sandra was there to greet us and help us settle in. The apartment consists of a kitchen/dining room, a combined bed and sitting room, a bathroom and a small balcony. There are 2 supermarkets within easy walking distance and a cool little bar for coffee or a beer just down the road. The air-conditioning was very welcome on a hot afternoon. The bed was big and comfortable and the wi-fi worked well. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. I highly recommend Opatija and Apartment Kinkela.
Nothing really-just be aware that the bathroom is quite small and if you are above average sized you might find it a bit of a squeeze.
