This sweet guest house gave me the best two days of my entire holiday in SA. Absolute comfort, faultlessly clean, and in a perfect spot in the beautiful friendly village of Haenertsburg. Matt was extraordinary as a host going 'beyond beyond' to help with anything at all... Excellent value for money and an at home experience - one doesn't want to leave..!

Matt is a super friendly and warm manager of the Art Gallery Guest house! I had to arrive 2 hours earlier than check in time and I was allowed to check in early at no additional cost! The view from the Retreat room that I was in was beautiful and the bed very comfortable!

Quaint and quiet
Noisy fridge but unplugged it. Curtains did not close properly to cut out the light

Well located, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely view
The bed, bedding, towels etc is really getting on in years. One towel had a smell to it and could not be used. Place needs a upgrade
