Patul camerei 104 a fost dezastruos. Saltea cu arcuri stricate, o musama deasupra, se misca, mai mai sa se rupă! nu am întâlnit niciodată un pat atât de prost. Personalul neprimitor. Posibilitate parcare , dacă prinzi la strada, într o zona aglomerata, normal dealtfel pentru centru. Singurul avantaj este poziția centrala.

Poor shower and the bed uncornfnable

We loved the location, in the heart of the center of Cluj. Perfect to walk around and explore the city. Many restaurants, terraces, fast food places within meters of the hotel. A market (Mega Image is 10 meters away) A very quiet hotel, nice, shaded area to enjoy a drink or something to eat. We loved and appreciated the Air conditioning as it was hot and humid in Cluj. Huge rooms and very simple decor. It was exactly what we needed.

The rooms were not cleaned the next day, so our trash was not taken out. They did not have a place to put trash. A mini fridge would be great for guests to put their drinks to keep them cold.

Customer service is exceptional! Very friendly and welcoming! Double room overlooking the main street was huge and so convenient for two people, me and my son. Great location, quiet and close to anything. Food is delicious! I would highly recommend this place to stay for anyone who travel to Cluj!

Excellent location, friendly staff, large spacious clean room, charming space for breakfast and coffee. It’s not a five-star hotel, but when I am working in Cluj it’s perfect.
