View from hotel lobby, pool is amazing!

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. They even arranged transportation for all of my restaurant reservations at very reasonable prices, which made everything so convenient. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of my stay. I truly enjoyed my experience and really appreciated the wonderful hospitality.

While I understand and appreciate the hotel’s eco-friendly concept, I feel that some areas could benefit from better maintenance and renovation. I was not aware at the time of booking that the bathroom was open-air, and unfortunately, it became extremely hot due to the lack of proper ventilation. The room would also benefit from a more effective air-conditioning system, as the current ventilation and AC were not sufficient to keep the room comfortably cool, which affected the overall comfort of our stay. I would also recommend repairing some of the damaged areas, replacing worn-out towels, and refreshing some of the furniture and facilities. With better maintenance and a few improvements, the hotel could offer a much more comfortable experience, especially considering its beautiful location and concept.

Everything imperfect at Suarga. Staff are amazing, rooms are gorgeous and super comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and the location is prime - best on the Bukit.
