Location is perfect
Food - Do not opt for breakfast its waste of money. Indian restaurant within the hotel served me with medium well done grill platter and biryani. Swimming pool cleanliness is something they should care about.

The stuff was very friendly and welcoming but unfortunately
the room even they upgrade it but still small for the amount of money the food from their restaurant was not good not tasty and it make my stomach upset

I found a big problem last night in this hotel, because this is the second time I booking fee for two years and this time first thing too much high price second in the night ask me the reception how many days you will see I took maybe 2 to 3 days
secondly, I need to go out for finish some work in
government in the morning the reception can you talk with me what are you doing? I need to go I finish work I will come back. Can you talk please turn 12 o’clock there is no more days..
there is one lady in the reception I coming back that I late around two hours maybe around 2:00 pm front of the customer, front of the reception she took what do you wanna do more days are you check out ..
already I took I change my pla changein so I want to go. Sorry we for late if you need any money
because I am late one hour you can shag me, she took please go do I need my room I took okay when I go with my friend she took dont do showers high amount for this hotel, bad service, bad price. bad location, but also bad customer service. Answer customer front of every person don’t go toilet

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madinat Zayed

The music played at the pool is way too loud and needs hotel staff to control such incovience to allow other guest to rest/sleep peacefully

Very very Bad customer Service. I book in this hotel for years due to work. And lately the staff are very rude with me.
I expect Staff to respect me not to give me rude answers really very very disappointed and change room 210 it has deadfish smell. Also i suffer from asthma and i tell the staff i cant stand the smoking rooms smell change the room and they tell pay more and upgrade just this response simply. KEEP IN MIND ALSON when i call TO BOOK OR BOOK FROM BOOKING.COM i tell them i want non smoking room and when i arrive they tell me we have no non smoking rooms left.Also room 228 lights is not working properly also the switches
