A very comfortable and homey apartment with everything to feel at home. We enjoyed the slightly bohemian touches and lots of books throughout. Great location for hanging out in Montepulciano and exploring the fabulous wine and good restaurants. We like the autonomy of one’s own apartment and working things out on our own. The owner left very helpful information and answered our queries promptly.

A small thing: I couldn’t make good coffee with the coffee makers and couldn’t find where the coffee was kept, so had to run to the store in the rain. A Nespresso machine would be nicely welcoming upon arrival & easier for mornings. The views everywhere are just gorgeous, but from this apartment one must be standing at the kitchen sink to enjoy, but for the price, that’s ok!

Perfect property with everything we could possible need. The bed was so comfortable and the best on our trip so far. we slept so well. Great location and amazing views. Our host gave us such good directions to get to the property and the nearby parking. Great laundry facilities. We loved this place and didn’t want to leave. Brilliant

The property is four flights of stairs up but that is good exercise after eating so well in town. I didn’t mind it but my knees weren’t so happy. 😀 It isn’t a negative as such and it is mentioned in the listing, just something to be aware of if you have any health issues. Would not put me off booking here again though.

It is fantastic

Located in a quiet area inside the historic quarter. Excellent decor and well equipped kitchen to cook your own tuscan recipes accompanied with robust wines from the region that you can purchase easily from tasting rooms next to the building. Parking facility is nearby. Shops and numerous restaurants you can walk to will complement the facilities to make your stay in Montepulciano one to cherish for a long time after you are gone. We will definitely come back next time we are in the Toscana region of Italy.

The flat wih a climate, a lot of good art, there is everything you need and think inside. The view from the window amazing, the silence and the atmosphere of the old city.

Extraordinary apartment, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect right in the old town of Montepulciano and you have a fantastic view from the kitchen window. Free parking is available nearby and there is the possibility to uncharge the luggage near the apartment before going to the parking. Giorgio was very helpful and always available to give us tips about everything we needed. I totally recommend this apartment!
