Very welcoming, staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Very smooth stay taking away any difficulties. Go above and beyond.

Super close to the airport and the free shuttle made the stay very convenient for a long layover. Free breakfast also made us choose here, as we hadn't eaten much from our long travel day the day before, so this was helpful. Bed was conformable for our very brief stay.
Our flight was delayed, so we were super tired but equally I could tell the staff were tired. A smile would go a long way. Being picky but a warm welcome makes a difference.

The location is good for a airport transit
The room on ground floor was depressing. The window is facing the narrow backyard passage and room is small. It sounds like the call to prayers are coming from the next door property.

"Staff gentilissimo, camere essenziali ma pulite. Posizione perfetta per chi , come noi, doveva prendere un aereo alle 5 del mattino."
