Everything - spotlessly clean, really comfortable, beautiful furnishings and bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent and the staff and owners the nicest people you could meet. Its a 5 star establishment in every way.

We liked EVERYTHING. The room, the grounds, the breakfasts, and especially the staff. It was like being at a close friend's home.
There was nothing we didn't like. It was perfectly lovely.

Nice spot, not too far from the town center, if you intend to walk and is pleasant. Hosts were excellent and thoughtful. Breakfast was made to order and tasty.

Our breakfast was made to order including porridge and parts of the Irish breakfast I wanted. Host was helpful in finding us restaurants to eat at as well as suggesting a stop at a local park which was a gorgeous way to start our next travel day.
There were not many choices for restaurants in Boyle- I was surprised at how few.

Full Irish Breakfast every morning with a choice of boiled or fried egg. The Lady of the House was charming and solicitous of my comfort. I felt like one of the family.
Stairs were a little steep ( after a day's walking )!

What a charming B&B! The owner and staff were exceptionally pleasant, the landscaping was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was spectacular! And, the place was absolutely spotless!
The WiFi connection was weak and the hot water was limited.

Just so friendly. You could stay at a 5* hotel and enjoy it less. Owners were very welcoming and accommodating. Highlight was a display of tricks by the resident spaniel! Wonderful hospitality.
Cannot really think of much. It was good value.
