the room is warm and cosy, the staffs are friendly, and there’s a hot spring room to relax, very nice exercise!
some staffs are good in English communication, while some are not

We love the Onsen (hot bath), both the dinner and breakfast are yummy (the food quality is good)
The room is spacious
They don’t told us have pick up service from JR station and we need to take the bus and walk 8 mins by ourselves.
But they are nice to arrange us the earlier drop off service to JR station than we booked at check in due to a change of our plan

The staff was very polite to welcome us at carpark when we drove in. Staff was very kind to explain to us about breakfast, dinner time and facilities in the resort. He also brought us to our room at 4th floor.
Onsen was superb, and as stated, the hot spring water is really different from other parts of Japan. It's silky smooth.
Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous and the staff will explain to us the content and answered our queries too. Overall, very good experience and we enjoyed very much!

Dinner is excellent, exceeded my expectation ! Staff a friendly and helpful . It's a quiet and nice place to stay, room is spacious and clean.

We can use free onsen next door. Also free pick up to station upon departure.
No pick up service upon arrival at station.

Everything is superb and amazing regarding hotel and services.
BTW. VERY surprised that to receive gift for my wife birthday from hotel. so happy and surprised. Thx a lot.
