The condo was very old furniture, needs to be updated. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. it did not look at all what the pictures looked like. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED.....I THINK I DESERVE A REFUND FOR PART OF THE STAY..I HOPE THAT WHOEVER OWNS CONDO WILL UPDATE OR TAKE MORE PICTURES OF THE WAY IT LOOKS BEFORE SOMEONE SPENDS THIS AMT OF MONEY ON VACATION.. I WOULD RECOMMEND AZURE BUT NOT THIS CONDO.

Azure 504 was perfect for our family. The property description was on point and the condo was equipped with everything we needed. The only negative point I feel I have to make is that the umbrella set up/beach space is less than desirable. I have stayed at various condos in Fort Walton which have umbrella/chair set up services; however, I have never stayed at one which allowed set ups in front on the condo umbrella/chair set ups. Despite having a front row set up of three umbrellas/chairs, others set up their personal umbrellas a chairs directly in front of us which is not allowed at other condos and created a tight space which I did not expect on the beach.

We've stayed in various Azure condos for previous vacations, and it is one of our favorite beach locations! We loved the 5th floor view! The condo accommodated all of us well, especially with the extra bunk bed room for the kids. The decor could use some updating (scratches on the furniture), as well as a fresh coat of paint on the walls. Issues with one shower not working due to corrosion,one dirty shower, and some slimy residue on a night stand were quickly attended to by maintenance and cleaning crew. Access to a seafood market across the street and great restaurants close by enhanced our dining options. The pools were heated and well maintained. The included umbrella and chairs made the beach experience perfect!

I love renting from Brooks and Shorey, however Azure 504 really needs attention, the pantry door was off the hinge at the bottom, fridge light was out, washer had rust, beds in all rooms VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, all bed pillows so flat I had to go buy some, no extra blankets or sheets, patio furniture a chair was broke,pans were old, door lock battery died, B&S came right away and fixed, toilet wouldn't flush, B&S Had maintenance come fix, other that than we love ft walton!

Our family (6 adults/2 kids) loved Azure 504. The unit was exactly as described. It was clean, well stocked with kitchen items, and had an amazing view from the balcony! The unit could use some paint on the walls and some furniture upgrades, but is still a great unit! Our oldest grandson especially loved having his own “bunk room” as a bonus bedroom! We definitely plan to use Brooks and Shorey for future trips!

Our vacation trip to Fort Walton Beach was great ! We stayed at Azure #504. It was perfect for our family. We had family in other rooms at Azure as well. We all stayed in 3 bedroom units. Azure was an awesome place for the 23 family members to Beach trip together.

Overall, the property was fantastic. It had ample space with plenty of beds and baths. My only knock is that the unit was not well equipped in the kitchen however, I understand it is difficult to have a fully stocked kitchen. I would have liked to have a few more options for pans and cooking utensils but otherwise a beautiful unit. I will be looking to stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful property.

Azure 504 was a decent condo. View was great. Bedding was not comfortable. Refrigerator never really hit cold Temps. The living room furniture was very dated and uncomfortable. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable. I loved the overall look and set up. The accommodations were plentiful and the size of the unit was perfect for our needs.

Overall our rental experience was good. Everything was exactly as described when we booked our condo. Very clean property and had great customer service. There were some things that needed attention and be fixed. The agitator in the washing machine was completely clogged with detergent from other guest and it had never been cleaned. So for us to be able to do our laundry, we had to take the agitator out and soak it in boiling hot water to clean it. One of the hinges to one of the bathroom doors were broken and not connected to the door. Just needed to be screwed back onto the door. We felt like beds were really hard. We loved the view of the ocean from our balcony. Was a major plus that there was a table and chair on the balcony that we could sit at to enjoy our meals with the ocean view. The pools, splash pad, and hot tub was amazing. My kids loved the pool. It was so nice to be right on the beach and having the chairs and umbrella available for us to use. Loved having the grocery store just 5 minutes from the condo. I would recommend this condo for other families. I will definitely be returning in the future with my family.

We had a great stay in 504! It was exactly as expected and plenty of room for four teenagers & three adults. Wonderful view of the beach! The only negative, and is a personal thing, was wish there were more bed pillows & dish towels for the kitchen but didn't take away from a great vacation.

I’ve booked with Brooks & Shorey for years. Love this company. The complex itself was very clean. Great landscaping, pool area and hot tub. Kids loved the splash pad. The condo itself needs updated furniture. Couch was broke as well as other furniture in the unit. It needs a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. Overall it was a good place with a great view.

Great property for a large family vacation! This property met all our wants and needs. It has a great 5th floor view of the gulf, beach, and pool! The unit itself had all the necessary items to please everyone. The only downside were the mattresses. All of them seemed well used and broken down, time to be replaced. The location is great for eating out, shopping, and the grocery store. I would stay here again without hesitation!

First time staying at this location and loved the space for our family. Overall would come again. Would like to recommend a TV\DVD player to be wall mounted in the bunk room. Good area for kids but no TV.A safety latch put on entry door as all you have to turn handle and door opens from inside( small kids safety). We are already planning our next year vacation.

Great View!!!
The condo was clean, spacious and had a great view of beach and pool. Master bed was very uncomfortable, it was leaning to one side......not sure what was wrong with it. Parking was hard to find because one garage was closed, so not enough parking for everyone. I am sure those problems will be fixed and we would definitely return in the future! We had a great time!

The view is the attraction!
Beautiful views from the 5th floor. Lots of space in the unit so we were not cramped at all. Overall the experience was good and we enjoyed our stay. A few problems though: the carpets are stained and due to be replaced. Two ceiling fans had blades so loose they were drooping several inches. Such a quick and simple fix to tighten the screws on the blades, and an obvious problem, should have been addressed long ago. Lastly the gas supply to the building was broken while we were there so the grills didn't work and the pools were not heated. Wouldn't have mattered during summer but in early March it was too cold to swim.

Great place to stay!
Really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Lots of room and space for everyone. Great being on the beach. Easy to go from beach to pool (kids couldn’t stay in one place). The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. Management was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Wish the pool would have been heated but it was still great and we enjoyed it very much!

We have been coming to Ft. Walton for the past decade! We have stayed in different places every year, but this was the first year we were able to book Azure. It was always gone by the time we started to look for places. We can say that this was the best place we have stayed in. The rooms were spacious and the place was clean. The office staff was very helpful with whatever we needed. There were a couple of issues we faced during our stay such as one of the burners on the stove not working. We called maintenance and they were able to come within the hour. We have no complaints about the place, other than a minor suggestion. It would use some new comfortable couches and the carpet needs to be replaced. Other than that, we can honestly say it was the best condo we have stayed in and will definitely be coming back!
