Très lumineux et l'accèssabilté à Strasbourg par les moyens de transports publiques, très facile.

The house is spacious enough for 6 people, has a small garden, and is only a few minutes from the spur market ” The bus stop is nearby.

The dishwasher was full of water, and the sink was also filled with water.”

Localisation et tout très bien 👌

The rooms were well warmed and water pressure was good. The security was excellent though a bit excessive.

I did not appreciate the fact that it was almost impossible to contact the management, either by phone or by email. We got stuck inside the house because we forgot the key outside, and for more than 2 hours we could not reach the management, even until after 10am, the time someone was supposed to be in the office and pick our phone calls or respond to emails. We would have died inside in case something worst had happened. During the three days of our stay, no one showed up to clean the place, though we have paid huge amount for cleaning. Furthermore, bead sheet and covers were not enough. I am rating you "Fair" because we were lucky to found the owner of the place upon our arrival, and she was sympathetic with us, and gave the key, though we have not yet paid the security deposit. Otherwise, it would have been a big "Disappointing".
