45 Horizon View è un ampio 2 ° piano con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, moderno appartamento fronte mare. È tutto su un unico livello. Il nostro appartamento ha uno dei più grandi balconi a 25 piedi con vista libera attraverso pannelli di vetro chiaro e pulito. Ci sono porte scorrevoli dal pavimento al soffitto alla Lounge e alla camera da letto principale che offrono viste mozzafiato sul mare a 180 gradi. A pochi metri dalla spiaggia sabbiosa con bandiera blu, frequentata da turisti e surfisti. Ci sono scale e ascensore per tutti i piani e il parcheggio sotterraneo custodito è previsto per 1 auto con parcheggio per i visitatori aggiuntivo al piano terra.
WIFI tramite Superfast BANDA LARGA è fornito in tutto l'appartamento.
Westward Ho! è un popolare villaggio balneare tradizionale che ha visto notevoli investimenti negli ultimi anni. Situato in posizione ideale per esplorare North Devon, il villaggio ha ristoranti, caffè, bar, takeaway, supermercati e negozi locali insieme con numerose attività di vacanza da rilassarsi sulla spiaggia attraverso il surf, passeggiate, rock-pooling, go-karting, golf pazzo e divertimento portici.
L'appartamento è completamente arredato con comodi mobili in pelle e rovere nelle zone giorno principali. C'è un tavolo da pranzo in rovere e quattro sedie. La cucina ha piani di lavoro in granito e una gamma completa di elettrodomestici integrati. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size (largo 5 piedi) e bagno en-suite, mentre la camera doppia ha due letti singoli (ciascuno è largo 3 piedi). Inoltre c'è un bagno con doccia separata con cabina doccia. Riscaldamento centralizzato a gas significa che l'appartamento è un'ottima base per una vacanza in qualsiasi momento dell'anno.

It is a lovely apartment and my friend and i were very comfortable there, it was spacious, clean, well equipped, and exactly as described on the website. the view is amazing and we spent quite a bit of time watching the stormy seas! the rest of the building was clean and tidy, looked well kept. The instructions on how to access the keys and the building were very clear and easy to follow and Debbie sent them about a week before we were due to go down there. Ive recommended it to my family and a couple of friends and although I don't usually go back to the same place twice, I can imagine I will go back to this apartment next year. There were plenty of lovely places to eat within a few minutes walk and we used local buses to explore the area, much nicer than driving everywhere! Thank you Ian and Debbie.

Amazing apartment with fabulous sea views. Host had excellent communication. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment location and view is fantastic and the main reason we have booked several places in this block in the past, this is our first visit to this apartment.
Unfortunately we had a few issues with the apartment that weren't as advertised. The photos of the apartment need to be updated to reflect what we found during our stay.
The large white sofa is no longer there, replaced by a tired red leather sofa that we didn't find comfortable, it was a recliner that didn't recline, different, but not new.
We were both looking forward to the new mattress, as we too are back sufferers but we found this to be uncomfortable and not new as advertised.
The TV is very old and only had a few channels available, not even a full selection of Freeview, the remote control didn't always work either.
A coffee machine is clearly shown in the pictures but is no longer there, although not advertised in the description.
The shower area didn't feel clean, the shower mat and the shower seal was mouldy.
In the kitchen the dishwasher didn't stop when you opened it to add something, It had to be closed very quickly to avoid water being sprayed, no safety stop!
The plate draining rack is also rusty.
The underground parking is very good, plenty of space for a medium to large car.
Most of the things we mentioned can be easily fixed, and in general, it's a nice apartment, but the photographs and description need updating to reflect what we found.
