Questa proprietà si trova sul bellissimo fiume Frio a Concan, in Texas, al Magers River Crossing. Questa parte del fiume è un punto caldo per tubing, kayak o semplicemente per rilassarsi nel fiume. Le case sono completamente attrezzate con tutte le esigenze di base in cucina. Forniamo tutti i tuoi letti per le 8 persone che questa casa dormirà. Abbiamo wifi e TV satellitare. È una casa spaziosa con cucina a vista e zona giorno. Il portico ha una splendida vista sulle montagne a ovest. La sera e la mattina è possibile osservare la fauna selvatica intorno alla proprietà. Ci sono 800 'di accesso al fiume privato insieme a una piscina per tutti i nostri ospiti. Questa casa si trova a circa 75 metri dal fiume. Sei a pochi minuti da Garner State Park, House Pasture, Joe Jimmy's dove puoi goderti l'intrattenimento dal vivo.

Our family loved the cabin and we loved the river spots available to our area. But...with it being on Labor Day weekend, it was an overcrowded mess with the most uncooperative guests. The property has quiet hours starting at 10pm but it doesn't matter when no one is around to regulate those rules. There was a major group of people that rented out the majority of the cabins on our weekend. They blared music to compete with others on the river for hours at a time, I mean louder than being next to a speaker at a concert. Some others got into an altercation with other guests separate from their party. For my family particularly it became problematic when some older kids (unsupervised) were approaching my cabin seemingly lost and high. Luckily their party drove around to find them and carried them away. But that put my family in a tight position. That was not something I wanted to face in front of my young kids. I need something more family friendly for my next trip.
