It’s very clean, quiet. The staff are really friendly and try their best to make you feel comfortable. I like there was shuttle service available, which makes the distance from the train negligible.
Nothing really

Supremely relaxing and reflective experience. Everything was thoughtfully synthesised to create a true authentic experience with comfort and mindfulness at the centre of everything. Nazar in particular was a gracious and humorous host. After having been ill, the food was first rate and healed us.
Nothing, it was all brilliant.

A modern take on the traditional onsen ryokan. Recommend a room with private onsen and lake view. You get a private dining room with personal service and delightfully fresh, seasonal local produce. Easy getting around the local district. Close to amazing museums and galleries. Also consider their sister hotel in tateshina up the mountain
